Excellent for the price
For the price this is top notch with Windows 10 supported for a couple of years

Top Quality
Have used these before, as long as you know what you are doing and take your time the result is excellent.
I have used hand tools in engineering for 40+ years and these are as good as any I have used, and for the price good value.

Poor quality
The holes don't line up with the bolts and are undersize so the bolts won't go through them
