  I did not realize you had asked for follow-up, my apology. My review was not negative, as the postal service obviously mishandled the item when you had marked on it fragile-do not bend . As well, I did not realize that my message to you about the broken LP was posted as a negative review, this was not my intent. You responded immediately to my initial message with a refund, and I appreciate your immediate actions. I would gladly use this vender again in the future with different shipping.

  I gave this buyer a full refund, Without hesitation,But I asked for pictures of the broken album, and Inlay, 3 times and they still did not provide proof, I had pictures of the album and cover before shipping and packing, without damage,
