Greatest product ever!
1 of 1 found this helpful Easy installation, great product and did exactly what it was supposed to do, supports winch and attached to frame of vehicle, recently used the mount and winch to recover a full sized truck up a mountain !

Terrible and unreliable
1 of 1 found this helpful Bought this as a Early Christmas Gift for my wife , she connected it to her laptop to transfer all her photos over to it , everything is working smoothly until 20 minutes later the device only allows her to upload about 300 photos !! It continues to freeze and continues to attempt to move her photos over for the past 9 days, she’s finally given up and she’s so upset . This is literally the ONLY thing she wanted for Christmas was to have a place to store her memories and this device failed to do so . Do not recommend this thing!
