    Great, unique NEW Rattler!
This lipless bait has flared gills molded into the body of the bait. While a great idea, and it performs very well, the plastic gills are quite fragile. Mine, (bluegill) color arrived with one of the gills broken. The paint being of excellent quality held the gill well enough to be repaired using a fine needle to apply super glue. I also applied superglue to the back side of the gills to reinforce both gills. Result, the plug runs perfectly, and on my first trip, I used it to land a couple of small LMs. Thats of little note except that I noticed bass following the bait quite often. That means they NOTICE the bait and that's really important. I only used it for about45 min. This bait is unique and new to the bass I fish for. I love it, and now that I know how to make the bait perfect, I will get a few more of the colors I use most.
Daiwa CG80 LT 7.5:1 Left Hand Baitcast Fishing Reel - CG80HSL

    Falls short!
The reel is small and works great...however The box says the reel has Magforce mag. brake...it does NOT have Diawa's mag brake...it's the cheapie Korean "puck" mag brake. The box says the reel has 9 BALL Bearings & 1 roller bearing...it does NOT. It has 5 ball bearings,4 Nylon bushings, & 1 roller bearing. Buy the Fuego CT....actually it's just as good as the Tatula CT & $40 cheaper. This is the first Diawa product that has disappointed me & I have12 other Diawa reels & 7 Diawa rods...they make GREAT fishing gear but this one is a mistake!

Love em....have 8 of them....no difference between "sv" & "ct"...Zillion is the way to go but who can afford them?
If you're going to buy anything with the Magforce Z brake, DON'T SWING FOR THE BLEACHERS EVERYTIME YOU CAST.....TAKE IT EASY! CASTING A DIAWA IS MORE FINESS THAN FORCE. THROW THE TATULA AT ABOUT 60% UNTIL YOU GET THE FEEL OF HOW THE REEL RELATES TO THE ROD ON WHICH ITS MOUNTED! DON'T BE AFRAID TO PUT 10# ON A TATULA TO THROW LITE LURES...AGAIN, YOU'RE GOING TO BE SURPRISED!
