Spend money for nothing
Unfortunately this product didn't work for me at all. After changing all the components I started the TV and... nothing. I rechecked and found that one of new pieces blown again. So now I don't want to repeat trial of repair and going to throw away this TV.

Nice charger
This is necessary thing for DIY. It has limited set of functions but has all necessary. Capacity test and internal resistance are very useful parameters if you assemble a battery. It is coming with its own power supply which is very good. Quality of assembly is very good. ++: 1. Capacity tests 2. Resistance test 3. Power supply 4. LCD display with useful readings 5. Quality of assembly 6. Silent work 7. Looks like capacity reading is accurate 8. Independent work of slots - one can charge, another test or charge at different current --: 1. Inserting cells with face to front is slightly inconvenient 2. Results of internal resistance test change a lot (up to 2-3 times!) when reinsert a cell 3. No way to leave display backlight on
