Better than what I thought?
The surface dock definitely adds more to the tablet giving it the feel of a laptop and desktop at the same time.

Metra GMOS-05
1 of 1 found this helpful The product does what it says and it is the best product for retaining Onstar and door chimes. Installation is very easy and step by step instructions can be found online if not in the package. Installed it in an 04 Pontiac Bonneville with double din aftermarket stereo and haven't had any problems. The only feature that you will lose is steering wheel controls if you have them but, there is a separate harness made by Metra for this function as well.

A bit of Promag awesomeness!
6 of 6 found this helpful I was using my S&W M&P Shield at the range some weeks ago and my aim seemed to be off. The more I tried to stabilize my weapon as I shot at the targets, the more off target my shots became. Then I realized that the recoil was causing my hand to slip at the bottom of the grip. Of course I never have this problem with my full size M&P. Additionally, I only shoot .40 cal and there's no way I would switch to 9mm just to reduce some recoil.
I spent many weeks doing lots of research. I saw many brands out there that offer magazine extensions with modifications to the original. I dont have time for all that and many were too expensive. I was about to give up and then I saw it. Not only did Promag offer an extended magazine for the Shield, it needed no modifications and it looked great. Bought it right away.
Finally had some range time with the magazine and I am impressed. My groupings improved drastically and the extended grip stabilized the recoil just as I thought. The spring tension gets pretty tight in the magazine during loading but this is expected as it is a new spring that has to be broken in a bit. The only problem that I had was the spring started to catch on the sides of the inner mag. However, this is not a problem. Spray a little Rem oil inside the mag on the spring and you're good to go. The magazine springs should be oiled from time to time on all magazines anyways to ensure proper lubrication and functionality just like the firearm itself.
To all of my fellow M&P owners out there, I encourage you to buy one of these mags. Heck, I bought 2 to replace my factory mags and I plan to buy more. I want to give a big thanks to Promag as well because this product is definitely needed.
