I am enjoying learning how to use the instant pot.

There are only two people in my family so I thought the 6 quart would be plenty big. I so wish I had gotten the larger size. Better too large than too small. Wish I could brown meat in it easily. Rack seems a bit flimsy. It is extremely quick and easy to use once you figure it out. Glad I paid the extra money to get the pot with the lid holder as that is so handy and useful.
