Pretty much the option for a durable automatic under-counter soap dispenser.
This is as much a review of the One Shot system as this particular soap. This soap is fine as is every One Shot liquid soap we have used thus far. My highest compliment is for the system in total. I installed this system in our kitchen about 5 years ago and it ranks easily in the top 3 best improvements to our home. We had tried a series of self-contained automatic battery powered soap dispensers that sat on the counter. Without exception they all failed at or or before about 2 years of service and of course took out a pile of batteries along the way both standard and rechargeable. In frustration I searched for and found this commercial system and using the hole already in our kitchen countertop for a manual pump soap dispenser - I installed it. I did not want to chase batteries(I think this system required 4 D batteries on memory) in this effort and could not justify buying the oem daisy chain line voltage power supply on cost so I modified the dispenser unit itself(ground away a small shield) to accept a plug-in power adapter intended for a laptop and plugged it into the under-counter outlet also feeding our dishwasher. This system has worked flawlessly(outside a couple of DOA refill bottles) for five years and while it was first intended for extra cleanliness in food prep it is the sole soap dispenser we are using in the house to suppress the spread of the corona virus. Yes the refill bottles are where the manufacturer makes the money(the blade vs razor model) but if you value a durable automatic soap dispenser the price is well worth it. Highest recommendation.

Looks good now......
The main shell is made of plastic not metal with a metal foil for the finish over plastic. It looks good and functions fine but a metal shell for longevity would have been nice. If the doorbell is in a mostly protected area away from direct sunlight I imagine it will be fine for years.

Great shape and quality of lenses
Great eye coverage and excellent vision in bright sun. Highly recommended.
