Steel and wood handle top notch quality .Made in south america with All German parent company engineering . inward angle is similar to Nepalese Kukurri so gives it a noticable edge in cutting ability similar to a curved samarai or saracen cuttingn long blade .Fits the gap needed between a axe and a normal machette .Good for camping and general brushwork on farms or around the garden where it does a excellent job of cleaning up old brances on trees .
