I was lied to!!!

When i bought the phone , the website said that it was a new phone but when i called boost mobile to activate the phone. They told me that i had to pay an extra $15 because it was a used phone.... I was very very upset because it was a used phone and its not the right skylo 4 that i wanted not this built in battery skylo 4
