    I bought this item over a week ago, because of the work that the seller claimed to have done to this vintage Lionel transformer. It arrived via the USPS within three days. I only opened the box today, and finally tested it. The transformer worked just as described in the seller's description, including the new circuit breaker that was installed. The KW transformer was expertly packed as well. This Lionel KW Trainmaster transformer will work fine on my new layout that I am building in my garage.
