Great tape!
Love love love this stuff. Probably third time I've ordered it. I use it mainly on my feet - wrap arches. It seems to help with arch support and if I use it somewhat tightly, also helps relieve pain from Mormons neuromas. Guess you can just experiment and see what works best for you. I've also used for ankle support. -- I just love how it even stays put in the shower, if you apply correctly. So...that's a wrap ....haha. 5 stars from me!

Good all-around multi-vitamin, and I like the soft gels, easier to swallow . They are rather large, so the soft gel makes them much nicer.
