  Listing stated item was "New In Box" but when item arrived, the pads were scattered all over the place and NOT in the box!! I tried to contact seller "several" times before making my purchase but the seller NEVER replied to "any" of my messages!! Also, seller charges OUTRAGEOUS shipping cost!! $20.00 to ship some swiffer pads is insane!! Seller does not accept returns so I just threw $27.00 in the trash!! Will NOT buy from ever again!!

  Boxes do open up during shipping, these are fabric swiffer cleaning pads and are not damaged if the box is opened. Shipping from my address to your address cost me $18.63. All two of your emails were reply to in a timely fashion. Please stop with your lying!

  Item, exactly as described. The only reason I’m giving a neutral, is because this was an auction purchase and for the amount paid, seller should have provided shipping with a tracking number. Instead, it arrived in a plain first class stamp envelope, and with all these males being rampant, I’m lucky I received it.
