My LR Baggs  Align reverb arrived two days early and was in mint condition. I alerted a friend of mine to another item this seller posted, and because it was priced so reasonably, my friend snagged it immediately.  When I informed the seller of this, they offered a refund of the shipping costs.Don’t expect them to do this all the time, but I highly recommend this seller! I will be watching

I was unable to make it work, however, but can’t tell for sure whether it’s an issue with the item so I ended up returning it for a partial refund (minus partial shipping cost). Seller was responsive, though, and I’d buy from them again.

USPS destroyed the package and ruined the CD. Seller never even responded to attempts to contact them. Ebay had to resolve this. Avoid this seller.
