  The doll was damaged by the Post Office even though the seller wrapped the doll in layers of bubble wrap and marked the box fragile. The seller was very apologetic and offered a full refund including shipping. I was able to salvage the head on the doll and let the seller know I would keep the doll. I highly recommend this seller. The doll was as described, shipping was quick and most importantly the customer service is amazing. 5 Stars in all categories.
