Hold up very well.
1 of 1 found this helpful I have two special needs children, one a young man and one young girl, both use adult size medium diapers. These work for both and hold up really good even at night.

Good cage, but not for parakeets or smaller birds.
The cage is wonderful, good quality for the price! That being said, I bought it for my parakeets. After I moved them in and had gone to check on them I noticed one missing. My best female had gotten out of the cage and flew away, they were outside. I had not noticed but the wire spaces around the edges were too wide. I would not recommend this for parakeets or smaller birds.

I have 2 special needs children that use this size and they work great for both.
