A must in icy conditions!
I hope these last as long as my first pair (coils rusted through). The built-in strap is a great addition, as I used to use a shoelace on the old pair (which are still usable even with broken coils).

Great cleats!
These are the best ice cleats I've worn. They really dig into the ice and don't slide across it like some of the wire ones I've tried. They're a little cumbersome to get on at first, but will stretch a little with usage. If the replaceable spikes are not placed in the proper position on the ball and heel of your footwear, they might pop out. This did happen to me but I emailed the company and they sent more at no charge; haven't had a problem since. Quality product!
