We have an upscale thrift store in Avondale Estates and every purchase from our store and our eBay store helps provide grants to rescue groups, spay/neuter programs, and other animal welfare initiatives.     This Seller went above and beyond to pack my item with care ... honestly, I don't think a museum who was mailing a prized relic could have done any better! The photos and description depicted the item well, and the shipping charges were fair given its weight and packaging. I would have liked to have "made an offer", but I can understand that high volume, charitable sales would make that more difficult ... still, the item was priced competitively; and I am so pleased with the purchase A+++

    Shipping was very fast! Packaging was excellent- this pony had no box so they are more apt to crack or break during shipping. But Snow Ready made the trip in fine fashion.     Plate came in , only issue was there were markings on it not seen in the purchased photos, alittle elbow grease and about 15 minutes and it looks as I expected, very satisfied, would do business with them again, excellent cause, also positive the seller changed shipping methods to lower shipping costs , very helpful.
