Total Home Gym That is Portable & Inexpensive
When Covid19 hit, like everyone else, I had to stop going to the gym. I started doing body weight exercises but was looking for something to fill the gaps and stumbled onto gymnastic rings. Why isn’t everyone using these! Awesome, flexible, portable, inexpensive, /space-saving total body workout for all fitness levels.
