But alas, the pen was no where to be found. Response from Customer Service was quick, the owner informed me that a replacement for that specific model was not available. I could return it for full refund, or keep it plus a partial refund of $40. So naturally I took the $40. Remember, I said it was nice. Got a good pen on Ebay for $34 = $6 more for treats for my 25 lb attack dog Bambi.

The power adapter wasn’t charging the tablet but I reached out to Jim and he helped me troubleshoot it and determined it was the charger so he sent out a new one right away and it’s working great. Absolutely no complaints. Will buy from again!

Ask seller whether touch screen in good condition, answered immediately. No exaggeration, it was in great condition. Arrived two days earlier than promised. Well packed and FedEx did a careful job on delivery. WIN 10 PRO looks like a fresh, clean install. Very happy with this purchase and dealing with this seller.
