The Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000 - 16GB - Carbon blue (Unlocked) Smartphone that I purchased does not accept a SIM card in North America, the phone is not an import phone. I took it to a phone technician and I was told that it is not unlocked. This device does not function in North America. I send it back to the seller awaiting a refund?
