Item sold as new but what I received looked like it was old and used. The seller offered a discount on a different item he was selling, not of interest. Then he offered a refund if I ship back at my cost, but by then it was too late, her birthday had passed. A more reasonable seller would have offered a fractional refund, maybe 10% to 20%, but not this seller. Be sure to ask exactly what you are getting.
