My New Orleans: The Cookbook

LET COOK

It is a great book. Not only did it have a multitude of great recipes but many pages with informative articles about the area with great pictures. I was pleased to see the basic recipes near the front of the book that includes herbs, sauces, pie crust and best of all how to make different stock for soups and gumbo. The book was much larger than I expected with so many beautiful pictures.
