Good Knowledge of What works when Strength Training.
Good to gain that knowledge of the different muscles and what exercises work them.
This book does that and displays what works and what doesn't, what can injure you and what benefits you i a manner others don't.

Brutal and Brilliant, terrifying and terrific, real insight into the Mongolian people and their history. A very courageous, resilient race. SUPERB.
My 1st novel written by the highly recommended Conn Iggulden, loved it, got into it immediately.
Iggulden captures the imagination with the interesting background of the characters, the life they live and the desire for them to conquer the harsh realities they face.
Each character has a part to play and gets into the mind, you feel you know each one individually by the end of the book. Many tales have been written in connection with the Khan Dynasty, many portrayed in a bad light. This one certainly gets you thinking differently about the man, the person himself.
How as a Young Boy- Man he had to strive for EVERYTHING in front of him, I was gripped to his conquests and badly wanted him to achieve his goals at every step of the way. I felt I got to understand and like the character in question.
The treachery, the brutal way of life, the desire and intelligence to overcome the obstacles in front of him are remarkable. The battle scenes are up there with anyone, Scarrow, Cornwell, Kane, etc.
Truly fantastic read, I went out and bought the remaining series to read over this next year, will add Iggulden to my list of favourites now.

QUALITY, Brilliant, perfection in a compact design, such clarity in the sound and DEFINITELY worth the money.
Bought these as a newcomer to the ecosystem in question, watched a few reviews on YouTube to help me make my choice.
Was going to go ALL OUT and get the buds pro 2 but these came up at a great price and I thought I can always use them as an Upgrade in time towards a new pair that come out.
I have the AirPods Pro which actually worked with my S22 Ultra ( new phone) but these are absolutely fantastic. They paired immediately, the quality of sound is crystal clear and precise, don’t hurt the ears in any way and when out walking you forget that you have them in.
Battery life is fine, I get a full day out of them “ On the Go” before charging up on a night for the next day.
To upgrade to the Buds Pro 2 from these would not justify the expense in the upgrade, in my opinion or add anything really different to it.
These are definitely worth the money spent and way cheaper, very well made and sturdy, easy to use.
Can be worn under a hat in these cold months and they don’t stick out like the AirPods Pro or look like you’re Posing.
Very happy and hope to get good use for a long time from them, have now sold the AirPods Pro to a friend and these are my day to day earphones.
