Requested a refund which was denied by seller dated 6/21. Their response said they refused to issue refund because it will be delivered by 6/16 which had obviously passed. There is very negative feedback in their history, yet they have a 100% rating. Go figure.

I was sent a damaged item that they did send a return for but was then shipped another scooter that wasn't what I ordered. They said nothing about this but I noticed and had to have back and forth emails about this. New scooter has been fine so far but the actions of this company was suspicious. I requested money back on my order which they did give me. VERY shady!
