One of the top 10 on the market. One of the BEST.
This is a super great product that I've been trusting for years. So chock-full of vitamins that 1/2 of the recommended dose still provides 100% of all that you need.
Its been proven that 70-some-odd% of all vitamin tablets are never assimilated by the body. They are like corn and can't be digested, passing right through. I used vitamins for years, never knowing that, always wondering why I didn't receive a benefit from them.
Vitamins should always be in liquid or gel-cap form for the body to digest properly. When I started working at a Wellness Center, I learned so much.............. also learning that this particular vitamin, brand, etc. is one of the top 10 produced.
Taking it a 1/2 dose makes it very competitive in its price.
Try it for one month......... you'll know why I keep coming back :)

Berry benefits
I've been using the green liquid Source of Life for years; and I really notice a huge difference between when I am taking it and when I forget to.
With that being said, I am trying the red for the first time. When I read the ingredients for the red, I realized that it contained Elderberry (good for everything, especially immune and auto-immune issues: from thyroid to arthritis), as well as red rasberry (good for hormonal balancing), and other herbs that the green doesn't have.
After using the green for so many years, I've been acclimated to its taste. The red is very berry.
My only complaint is that is contains stevia, which for me, always leaves an icky aftertaste. For people who like stevia, I'm sure they will like the flavor of the red. As for me: I'll adapt, while I am looking forward to the berry benefits.
