Not ground as advertised
Although this manufacturer claims the flour is superfine ground, the two bag I have gotten are course lay ground in comparison to others. It doesn’t matter in almond flour chips but it does make a difference in almond flour biscuits. It is good quality flour, just not exactly as the package advertises.

Easy to tend, stunning results
6 of 6 found this helpful Simple manipulation of the vents gives hours of even heat. Was able to maintain 230-260 for six and a half hours for smoky and tender ribs. Small handfuls of chunks added every 30-40 minutes could easily maintain smoke and heat. Grilling with charcoal is a snap. Abandon propane and enjoy great tasting food.
