Step Up To The Bar!
Milder than I expected, but SO clean and it feels great! Love the faint masculine fragrance. If you have ever used the Fine line of aftershaves and like how they feel, you'll love this! Will definitely be re-ordering this!!

Not what I expected!
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this razor because it looks cool, and it would give me a chance to compare the Sensor 3 and Excel cartridges to the standard Sensor that I've used all these years.. When I use a cartridge I usually use the traditional Sensor, as nothing out performs it IMHO. I'm mostly a DE wet shaver, so I prefer fewer blades and a weighted handle. Unlike the former Sensor and Sensor Excel handles, this one is made out of plastic, not metal, so it's light which is not a good thing for someone who prefers a heavier metal handle. That said, the Sensor 3 blade did not perform as well as the Sensor Excel blade. Too much drag, and not as close of a shave. The handle, again, is light and will come in handy for travel, but I will load it with a traditional Sensor blade when/if I use it again. A good shave really comes down to technique more so than technology,

A Little Sweet For ME
This is definitely a YMMV product. For me it's a little on the "sweet-smelling" side. It doesn't smell bad, but I tend to like fragrances that are more clean or soapy, and not so "Old Guy!" Now, it is a good aftershave in that it does calm and soothe your face following your shave. I like the TOOBS shaving cream, and this aftershave compliments it well. If you're looking to smell like an older, distinguished gentleman, give it try. For the price there are better aftershaves available IMHO.
