  A very helpful person. The capes are amazing quality and the price is amazing. Very well packed. I didn’t see the wee brown envelope with 4 capes stuck on the inside.   I cannot believe the talent that went into making the Scate Glow cape . Absolutely beautiful! Nicely done and for a product that came across the pond, packaging and price was excellent.
