be careful when you have to ship this printer
1 of 2 found this helpful I wanted a printer that would give me professional quality photo prints.
Don't ship this printer. I had over $300.00 in damage.
If you ship it double up the box, really pack and secure it first then use a second box with peanuts in it or ship it on a light weight pallet.
I bought this printer used on "ebay" if you buy one used take my advice on the shipping.
the stand up couple that sold me the printer paid for all the damage.
