    Purchased using buy it now and paid at time of purchase. Seller cancelled order without contacting me, claiming "Issue with buyer's shipping address." Contacted seller to ask what the issue was with my address, they claimed they could not ship to a residential address. NOWHERE in the listing is this restriction, and the seller in fact lists "FedEx Home Delivery" as an option. Seller immediately relisted the item for 9x the price, using bogus reason to avoid fees.

    Buyer wanted to purchase equipment rated by the FCC for industrial use only, shipped to their residential address. Normally this results in the customers realizing after delivery that these items are not suitable for home use, so we refunded their payment with and explained the issue to them. This was explained to the buyer however it appears that unfortunately they might have chosen to use feedback blackmail to try to have us change our policy.
