Quality Strings, Good Tone, Appealing Appearance
These strings were not actually for me but rather for one of the bassists of my friends jazz band. I installed them on his fretless electric and he says he loves them! I only got to play these while I was setting up the bass but with the amount I did play them I thought they sounded really nice and full. This was my first time playing pressure wound strings because I normally use round wound so it took a little while to get used to them, I feel like once they break in more they will feel even better and slide nicer. I recommended lighter strings because it is a fretless bass and you can get more articulate with lighter gauges. I normally play .45 - .105 so these lighter gauge strings took a bit to get used to but once I did they were more controllable and easier to do vibrato with. The customer also wanted to have a brighter tone so I found these strings because they were stainless steel.
These strings were the exact thing that my customer wanted and they performed exceptionally well. I have used Rotosound round wound strings before and they were amazing, I am happy to say that these strings are also exceptional. Rotosound usually silks the ends of their strings in order to protect tuners and for aesthetic appeal, these were no exception and have lovely dark green silking. The jazz band has a major gig at the premier jazz club in the area within the next month, these strings will hold the groove down for sure!
I recommend these strings to anyone!

Good Quality all around but...
1 of 1 found this helpful I got these earbuds to replace the stock ones that came with my Samsung Galaxy s5 active because I wanted better sound quality and durability. I have other headphones but I wanted something more portable and less noticeable than over ear headphones. These definitely deliver in quality and portability and even came with a nice case and different sized tip replacements. The oval shaped tips fit better than the spherical ones that you usually see.
The only reason that I didn't give this the full five stars is that the volume control does not work with the Samsung Galaxy s5 active. I read in an online question board that they worked together, and the play/pause function does, but the volume control doesn't. I know they are designed for ios devices so I wasn't surprised that they didn't work. I still use them all the time because they have good sound quality and are well built. Over all I would recommend them.
