  Improper packaging used thin one sheet of bubble wrap. Taped with white bandage tape. Paid pver 80 dollars for shipping from Texas to Alabama. No box or proper padding. Over 300 dollars total spent on this amp. And received damaged missing 4 knobs and bass control bent. Seller notified. Replied was shipped as advertised. Not acceptable!! He had shipping insurance if UPS damaged, or maybe shipped damaged.

  Zero packing material was used. Both items were loosely rattling around in the box, repeatedly bumping into each other during the entire shipping process. One of them doesn’t work and I have no way of knowing if that was the case before or after it got shipped. Image attached is exactly how it looked when I opened the box. Incredibly saddened by this.
