2 of 2 found this helpful This item was advertised as new. It came with all the same hardware and documentation that come new if bought from Verizon. All the items had been taken out of their original packaging and then put back in the original packaging. I registered the MAC address to my account by calling Verizon support. I then plugged everything in as shown in the setup instructions. After about 30 minutes, all the lights came on blue and the unit is working perfectly. I did not need to use the GPS antenna extender cord. This network extender does not come with a user manual, even if purchased from Verizon. Just search for it on the Internet and download it in PDF format.
