  The sale was canceled due to the item being damaged at the warehouse. There was a water leak and some items were destroyed. I don't know why he gave me a negative feedback. I can't sell a damaged, moldy item. So totally not fair feedback. I explained the damage to the item and customer was rude. Not a very nice experience and wasn't empathetic at all. Especially for a Bible, I'm still quite hurt and upset with this customer. Very rude. A religious person too, Terrible example of empathy.
