    The seller was very nice. I was sent the incorrect oil. I use frankincense essential oil all the time for pain and am very familiar with it My item was not as advertised--I was sent frankincense fragrance a totally different item and not what I purchased. I was immediately refunded.

    If I could give this Seller 6+ stars, I would. The PurSteam iron arrived in pristine shape, with no creases or marks on its box (it had a no-tamper seal). The outer shipping box was the same way. I ordered it at 3 PM, got immediate confirmation and updates; and it arrived at my door in 27 hours - 1300 miles away! Free shipping. I love this iron. Weighs 2.9 lbs (1350 gr), (which is better than too light) and has a gazillion steam holes. Highly recommend this Seller!
