Great Collar....BUT
The collars are one of the best...BUT they get you coming and going..
The battery lasts about 1 year, so I called Dogtra to see if they can help me...the collar is 2 months out of warranty and said they can replace the batteries for me at $25 per battery (I have 2 collars) plus S&H...but if I replace it on my own they Void the warranty on the collary which is 5 years...
So I asked how much it would cost for them to replace the battery for me and she said $45 and up...I said for a battery? Per battery plus labor...So to replace the 2 batteries it was going to cost me approx $90 plus s&h...so not only are they one of the highest costing training collars, they rape you to replace a battery every year...
I will never do business with this company again.. I will have to buy another training collar but it wont be a Dogtra
