Product is hard to beat! - and an Excellent Seller
2 of 2 found this helpful I'm still trying to find a replacement to the Zune media player - the Zune is hard to beat.
IMO the only player that beats the Zune Mini is the Zune HD. And still not found a replacement to the Zune HD. The Zune Mini, and the Zune HD features and form factors lend to different use cases.
This is about the Zune mini; which is great for music and podcasts where you only have or want audio.
Its small, lightweight, good battery life.
This has a small screen, no touch screen, no Bluetooth, no Store, and really limited usefulness of WIFI.
BUT if you don't care about any of those features it its a solid music product.
Other than being discontinued and no longer in production the only major thing the Zune is lacking is support for FLAC. Even if this was in the Zune software and transcoded that would be better than needing to keep a transcoded library of FLAC to MP3 or WMA for transfer to the zone.
