Really Works!
I had the infamous engine manifold coolant leak that Ford had so generously designed into its cmax model (2013). It had been getting progressively worse over the last 2 years of owning this car. It was getting to the point where I had to add coolant basically every week. When I came to a stop, I had to turn off my environmental controls inside the car or I would be smothered by the smoke rising from the exhaust system where the coolant that was streaming it off the engine would pour onto the hot pipes. Once I received these, and just before heading to the store, I put 2.5 of these tablets into the coolant reservoir, and drove off. The results were nearly instantaneous. The smoke, that I normally would see pouring out from under the hood when I would come to a stop, was completely gone. I could barely smell it anymore when stopped. Awesome product! Even if it stops working at some point, it's much cheaper than buying $13 gallon jugs of antifreeze every couple weeks.
