Yes this battery comes dry and without a bottle of sulfuric acid. $10 at Autozone. Not a big deal. Yuasa is a quality battery.

Works as intended. I have a large rise ball adaptor I use on my car for a tow dolly. Without the stabilizer the ball rocks side to side causing the dolly to wiggle. Stabilizer fixes the problem.
