Does what other charges do, charge and keeps the battery full, I can't believe it won't charge a good battery that has dropped below 8 volts it will not attempt it at all so you will need another charger to get the battery above 8 volts, I originally thought that it wouldn't charge a dead battery below 8 volts not a good battery , I was expecting more from this charger, you can spend £40 less and get the same results.
