Everything I hoped.

I've been wanting one of these for a year. I bought a Fender Stratocoustic a couple of users ago and just wasn't satisfied with the sound. This has an amazing range of sounds. Although I don't think it's a replacement for a Les Paul, it is fantastic as an amplified acoustic. Without an amp, it just so so, but plugged in it's amazing. Plus it's as easy to play as an electric. It actually uses electric guitar strings. I read recommendations that the spruce top had a mellower sound than the maple so that's what I got, but it is a really beautiful cherry sunburst spruce top.
