  Shipped fast, but these weren't quality traffic light bulbs as pictured, so the seller accommodated a partial refund. These are "Acelux Holland" brand, which if you search that name, you can find a video on youtube, describing them in detail. Packing needs improvement. 5 bulbs were duds that quickly burned up with a rather cool effect, 1 broken. For a very long life bulb, assuming these cheap bulbs will last that long, they run around 36W at 120V, closer to a nice warm 25W in light output.
