  Seller flat out lied about shipping the order. Provided tracking number but never actually shipped it. After "shipping" the order, seller wanted to be paid additional shipping charges which were high to begin with. Asked me to pay the additional charges through Zelle, outside the Ebay platform. When I refused he cancelled the order. How can you cancel an order that already shipped. Stay away from this seller at all costs.
