Bird Lives
Great stuff, two shows in this soluble cd. I bought it for the 05/17/50 show, featuring 5 famous jazz musicians: Bird on alto, Fats Navarro on trumpet, Bud Powell on piano, Curly Russell on bass and Art Blakey on drums. I didn’t even have to look it up. The cd delivers as everyone sounds great. Just keep in mind that the sound quality is not 2022 studio sound quality-this is over 70 years ago. To me, still sounds great
