Sturdy Stationary
A fine, sturdily built tool for erasing writing or sketching mistakes. The barrel is easy to hold for long periods of time and the eraser itself is firm and erases steadily without wobbling.

Great for writing, but not for sketching
I originally tracked this down because I heard the quality of modern mechanical erasers was lacking compared to models from years past. While the pen mechanism works fine, the eraser itself is rather soft, tends to smudge while erasing, and leaves faint traces afterwards. The eraser itself tends to retract into the barrel with medium amounts of pressure, necessitating further extensions.
That said, it's fine for normal day-to-day writing and correction. But if you're an artist looking for a tool for long hours of drafting and revising, you'd better look elsewhere.
