Very dissapointed with this purchase

Just a little over a week after purchasing this receiver, it started to have power failure issues. Sometimes it would power itself off immediately after turning it on from either standby or cold boot. Other times it would randomly occur for unknown reasons. I have already tried to restore to default, as well as fail back the micro processor. Shawn Collins
