The appearance is really nice;however....
1 of 1 found this helpful I really like how this looks and protects my IPad when closed, but other than that it is not functional. I rarely sit at a desk, and unless the whole thing is level and unmoving, the top -heavy iPad will flip over the back - the base/keyboard has little weight to it.
The little shelf on the keyboard the base of the pad props up against is next to useless, so I glued Velcro to it and to the bottom of my iPad, but because the 'shelf' is so narrow and the iPad/case is so heavy, it really isn't much better. Also, the magnet on the back came loose almost instantly, and I had to glue that back on.
I guess I got what I paid for, and because I glued Velcro on to the keyboard I felt I shouldn't return it as it was no longer in 'as new' condition.
