Cheaply made and does not perform

Don't be fooled by the fancy look, this product does not perform as advertised. (1) No matter what kind of hose you connect to the sprinkler, you will not be able to disconnect (unscrew) it without tools (a wrench or a pair of vice grips). (2) I connected this sprinkler to 2 different (normal to high pressure) water faucets outside my house and used 2 different types of hoses - solid and shrinkable - and the pressure and coverage from the sprinkler was so small it was like a decorative fountain or a bird bath. (3) The entire sprinkler is plastic, and not the durable outdoor plastic, but light weight plastic that will break with the slightest contact with a hard surface. (4) I purchased this not only for the variety of the pattern settings, but also because of the "automatic 360 degree rotation" and ability to connect more than one together for larger areas. Well, it does NOT automatically spin - it doesn't spin at all - and the pressure is so low that there are no real distinct sprinkler patterns. This product is pretty useless and a definite waste of money.

Lives up to it's name and reputation!

A lot of people I know have this, or similar, Gerber models. I have a sweet Leatherman but love the retracting/flip-out pliers. Now that I'm in the "Gerber Club" my friends are jealous because they paid more for theirs. Unexpected situations have come up everyday since I have purchased it and I have had it handy as the do-all multi-tool which has saved a lot of time and frustration. Now I can join others when we say, "I can help with that, I've got a Gerber".
