Truth is stranger than Fiction
Alex has a great narrative way of breaking down the history and mythology behind Bohemian Grove. After Jones discusses the background of Bohemian Grove in a ken-burn's esque way with some stunning photos and great narration, he and a his team fly into California and carry out interviews with the locals. It is evident that many people in the area are aware of the group, and are weary of their clandestine activities. Alex then proceeds to infiltrate the Bohemian Grove campground and receives a tour. That night, he witnesses the "Cremation of Care" ceremony, and nothing could prepare you for the satanic and outright demonic activities that the elites of the world carry out under a forty-five foot pagan deity, with torches and robes to compliment. Jones ends the film with a haunting quote summing up the meaning behind this whole trip stating, "I'm here to tell you that truth is stranger than fiction." Words so haunting, yet so true.
